NICO MULLER WINS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN FORMULA-E

The first race of the Berlin E-Prix, won by Nico Muller, started with Edoardo Mortara on pole position, ahead of Pascal Wehrlein and Oliver Rowland. When the green flag dropped, Mortara kept the lead, but Rowland quickly moved up to second, pushing Wehrlein down to third.

The opening laps were very active. Lucas di Grassi made an incredible start, gaining four positions right away. Soon after, Rowland managed to take the lead, but Mortara fought back and reclaimed first place. At the same time, Nick Cassidy moved into second, showing strong early pace.

As the race continued, di Grassi kept pushing hard and climbed up to fifth place from nineteenth on the grid, even setting the fastest lap. A big moment came when Zane Maloney briefly took the lead for the first time in his Formula E career. However, strategy began to play a role, and positions kept changing, especially among the Lola Yamaha drivers, who initially ran at the front before dropping back to save energy.

Midway through the race, the pit boost window opened, allowing drivers to make their mandatory stops, which took around 34 seconds. This phase shuffled the order again. Wehrlein faced problems with a slow puncture and had to change a tire, costing him valuable time.

After all drivers completed their pit stops, Rowland was leading again, but the race remained wide open. Attack mode became crucial in the final stages. Drivers like Norman Nato, Nico Müller, and others activated it to gain extra power. Müller used it perfectly, taking the lead and building a small gap.

In the closing laps, everyone had used their attack mode, and Müller stayed in control. There were no added laps, so the race ended as scheduled. On the final lap, Müller held his position and crossed the finish line to take his first-ever win in Formula E.

It was a special victory, as Müller won at home in Berlin, making it an emotional and memorable moment for both him and his team.
