RED BULL BRINGS GINO ROSATO BACK TO FORMULA 1
Red Bull Racing has reportedly signed former Ferrari figure Gino Rosato as a consultant, bringing him back into the Formula 1 paddock. The move is seen as part of Red Bull’s effort to strengthen its off-track structure during a period of change inside the team.
Rosato spent almost three decades at Ferrari, from the mid-1990s until 2023. He was an important behind-the-scenes figure during the Jean Todt and Michael Schumacher era, when Ferrari became the dominant force in Formula 1.
He was not a public technical boss, but he was known as someone who understood the paddock, the people and the politics of Formula 1 very well. That kind of experience can be valuable for a team like Red Bull, especially as it prepares for the next major phase of the sport.
According to reports, Rosato will work with Red Bull on a consultancy basis and is expected to attend selected grands prix during the season.
