BEZZECCHI TO CONTINUE WITH APRILIA IN 2027

The news is out that Italian rider Marco Bezzecchi will continue with the Aprilia factory team into the new regulations.

Bez joined the team in 2025 and, after a slow start, quickly gained momentum, becoming one of Marc Márquez’s biggest challengers in the second half of the season. He took three race victories and finished P3 in the championship.

Going into 2026, Bezzecchi can now focus on the gargantuan task of beating Márquez without having to worry about his contract under the new regulations. Alongside Bez, a second Italian is rumoured, either Francesco Bagnaia or Enea Bastianini. A line-up like this would provide Aprilia with a fighting chance of being at the front under the new regulations.
