MOTOGP 2027 RUMOURS: YAMAHA FUTURE LINE-UP STARTING TO TAKE SHAPE
MotoGP 2027 rumours suggest Yamaha’s future line-up is starting to take shape. After news of the expected arrival of Jorge Martin, discussions have begun about the other factory rider and Pramac Racing seats.
The current favourite for the factory seat alongside Martin is Honda rider Luca Marini, 28. His consistency aboard a midfield Honda over the past year has made him a strong option for another manufacturer looking to rebuild. This would allow for a direct swap between Marini and outgoing Yamaha favourite Fabio Quartararo.
Pramac Racing is expected to retain Toprak Razgatlioglu for a second season following his big move from World Superbike. He matched Jack Miller and Alex Rins across his debut weekend in the series and will aim to continue improving and learning in 2026.
Joining him at Pramac for 2027 could be Italian rider Enea Bastianini. Overall, his move to Tech 3 has not worked out, and a switch to Pramac may be Bastianini’s only way to remain on the MotoGP grid.
These changes would leave both Alex Rins and Jack Miller without a seat in the series. However, Australian Miller is expected to secure a top seat in World Superbike, potentially with the factory Ducati, depending on Niccolò Bulega’s decision to join rival Razgatlioglu in MotoGP.
