TECH3 AND KTM CONFIRM LONG-TERM MOTOGP PARTNERSHIP

Tech3 and KTM have officially confirmed a new multi-year agreement that will see the team continue racing with KTM machinery from 2027 onwards, strengthening one of MotoGP’s most established partnerships.

The collaboration between Tech3 and KTM began in 2019 and has since produced race wins, podium finishes, and consistent front-running performances. Over the years, Tech3 has become a key part of KTM’s MotoGP project, contributing to both results and development across the programme.

With Tech3 entering a new ownership era for the 2026 season, the core sporting objectives remain unchanged. The team will continue to focus on performance, competitiveness, and maintaining a strong presence in MotoGP, fully supported by KTM and its motorsport division based in Austria.

Tech3 CEO Günther Steiner emphasized the importance of continuity in motorsport, noting that the existing relationship provides a strong foundation going into future regulation changes. He highlighted that both parties are not starting from scratch, but instead building on a proven collaboration aimed at staying competitive at the highest level.

Under the renewed agreement, Tech3 will continue to function as an important extension of KTM’s factory effort. The team will run factory-supported machinery and remain closely involved in technical development, including contributions from its four-rider structure within the broader KTM programme.
