MAVERICK VIÑALES TO MISS FRENCH MOTOGP RACE

Maverick Viñales will miss the French Grand Prix as he continues recovering from last year’s shoulder injury. The Spanish rider is still not fully fit and will remain out of action for this weekend’s MotoGP race.

KTM has confirmed that Jonas Folger will replace Viñales for the event. Folger currently works as a development rider for the Austrian manufacturer and will step in to help the team during the race weekend.

Viñales’ absence is another setback during the season, as the rider focuses on returning to full health before competing again. KTM has not yet confirmed exactly when he is expected to return to racing.

Folger already has experience in MotoGP and has worked closely with KTM in testing and development duties. His knowledge of the bike is expected to help the team collect important data during the French Grand Prix weekend.
